We long to avoid it at all costs and yet grief exists as an integral part of the human experience. Whether its loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, relationship, job or a way of life- we all grieve. Grief Yoga is a practice of compassion that helps us move through our grief through yoga postures, breath, sound, movement and connection to release grief from the body to create more space for peace, healing and love. Join me for this unique class.
As well as being a 200 hour certified yoga teacher Abby Craden is a 100 hour certified Grief Yoga teacher through the founder of Grief Yoga Paul Denniston and under the advisement of grief expert David Kessler.
